Once there, they will be able to view your On Sale items, Ended items, and Highlights items too!
To register you must provide us with information about yourself that will be used for billing purposes.
This information can be given at
page that
can be accessed on the upper left hand corner. The picture of the page that you
will access is below.

You must provide your email address and mail address, phone and fax numbers. Your User Name is the name that you will be known as to your buyers and it will show up on the top of your Auction page.

Do not forget to save your setting!
Lastly on this page you are asked to provide us with your eBay user id, the one that you use on eBay.
On Auction:
This page is your link to the outside world. This page displays All your current Auctions that are live on the Auction sites that we support. The following picture shows what the main page looks like

Each auction item has its own small cell containing its Auction site description, which auction site it is on, and what day and time it finishes. The Cell will also tell you the current price of the Auction, whether anyone has bid on the item, and also whether the current reserve has been met. Finally, after viewing each cell, you may also click on each individual picture to be taken to that particular item’s website. (this option will work only if the user has chosen to have a reserve auction. A variety of other options are also available). You will be taken to a page of the item with information about it which you have provided during its posting on the site.
On Sale:
Also included in our service, is an "on Sale" page. It enables you to put items on our page for people to view rather then having to pay Auction fees. This service is provided free of charge and we give you – Cell spaces to start off with.
In order to add an item to your "on Sale" page you have to click on "new" button on the upper right hand corner of the "on Sale" page.
This can be an extremely useful way to sell items more cheaply than on eBay, especially if you are a big time seller and have a lot of traffic coming through your album page.
Note that there are no Auction signs next to the items as they are only posted on our website.
Highlights:
The same way that you can add items to your On Sale list, you can add items to the Highlights list. This will get even more people interested in your items as they see what’s coming up for auction in the near future!
Ended:
This simple folder is quite simple in nature. All it does is show you and remind you of the Items that have finished within the time period that you have specified on your account page. You can link directly to the Purchase page from here. You can also delete an item form this page and it will go into trash.

Search:
When you want to use search you can use the Search items window by entering what
you want to search for in the window and clicking on
button. You can also use the
button
that will increase your search options and search settings. For example you can
search only by items that you have not received money for, items that were not
sold, items by reference number or ended items.

Edit:
To edit the item you can click on the
button on
the very left, below the item’s picture. Among other things you can mark the
item sold or unsold, delete it, or choose a different image to be displayed.
After you have changed the information you should save it and click
button for the information to get through and be updated.
We do suggest that you update your page every day for better results. You can also update items individually if you have made any corrections or additions to that item in particular.
Once the item is sold, you can enter the buyer’s information by clicking on the
button on the very left below the item’s picture.
Purchase:

The purchase page is one of the most useful pages in the entire website.
You get your item’s picture at the top, (note that this is also an active link and will open the ended auction on the auction site your item was on) and the auction item number, as well as the final price that the item sold for. Below that, there is a confirmation number of your choice (this will make things easier to categorize later on when you have hundreds of sold items). You can enter the buyers email address, purchase date and purchase price…save the information you have entered and simply click "send" button to review, then send the message.
You have the option of sending people four different Emails with different information, such as "Congratulations" Emails, "please send me your address so I can calculate you shipping charges" Emails, "I have received your check" and so on. There are pre-set Templates already put in and ready to be emailed to the buyer which cuts your time significantly, since you no longer have to write anything.
Note: your name and address are automatically added from your registration. You may change this to the address of your choice if you prefer it not to be your billing address.’
Once the first email is sent and you have received the person’s address, you simply move over to the next box, calculate the shipping cost and put it in the Shipping Charge box. Select which carrier you will use, save the information and click on "send" button (note that the program will automatically add up shipping and high bid into one sum). You simply follow your way down this chart over a week or two until the transaction is completely finalized. It will then be put inside your report.
You can enter all the information about the buyer to be stored on the page. If the buyer is a returned customer previous purchase activity will appear on the left side as well as the address that will appear in the purchase info cell. You can leave a note for the buyer who will be able to read it once the buyer clicks on the link given in third email. The buyer will be able to check the status of the purchase. The buyer may also leave a note to the seller.
Schedule:
The Schedule page provides the seller with information and activities for that particular date. To the left there is a calendar with a marked date and a note pad on the lower left to write any comments, notes, or reminders. The page includes scheduling information for the day; reminding the seller of items pending shipment and scheduled to be shipped on that date, all Album Auctions that will be finishing on the same day, all favorite Auctions that will be finishing on the same day.

The Mailing List:
This option is a very important, yet sometimes unaccredited way of getting people’s attention. A simple, yet sophisticated mailing list to keep all your signed up members up to date on all your items is included in our services to you.
The mailing list is set up in alphabetical order ( or numbers) enabling you to get easy access to a particular email/s.
You can always add email addresses to the mailing list by entering them in the "New" window on the top of the page. Once the email is saved it will be marked by green color while other emails are red. To send an email you should mark the box to the left of the email address you wish to send an email to. On the very bottom of the page there is a box where you can enter email subject and the email itself. You can send the same email to as many people as you wish by marking the boxes to the left of email addresses. At the bottom of the page you also have an option of checking or unchecking all email addresses.
You can mark a particular email address as P – positive or satisfied customer; U – unsatisfied; or ML – mailing list.

Report:
This page allows the seller to get information on different transaction information, such as how many items were sold in a certain period of time (week, month), what is the total amount of money received for a certain period of time, total shipping charged. You can get a report on buyer’s information, to whom the items were sold, buyer’s emails. This information is very valuable to a seller in order to get full information for your activity during a particular time. You have to follow five easy steps. First you select a time period, then specify your search options, mark what you want the page to display, and set order of items to appear.

Trash:
This page displays the deleted items that are stored for some time in the program. This page is useful in case you need to recover information on a particular item that has been already deleted. All deleted items are stored in the program until you delete it from the trash, so that you can still have an opportunity to bring the item back from the program.

Logging Out:
The
option is fairly straight forward, when you
are done, simply click on it and log out of the page. Note that
AuctionExtras.com recommends that you log out of the system to prevent any
complications. Thank you!
